Acceptance

By accessing or using Eteries, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Eteries is a company registration intelligence platform focused on Cyprus companies, officials, addresses, filings, and related records. We provide search, aggregation, linking, workflow, and subscription features intended to make business record review faster.

Eteries is not a government authority, not the official business registry, and not a substitute for legal, compliance, tax, or other professional advice.

Eteries is operated by Cyber Studios Ltd, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Use At Your Own Risk

You use Eteries entirely at your own risk. Data and outputs may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, misclassified, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for onboarding, diligence, compliance, litigation, reporting, enforcement, or any other business or legal decision.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eteries is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eteries and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, use, data, or opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Eteries in the 12 months preceding the claim or EUR 100.

Your Responsibilities

You must use Eteries lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate business, research, compliance, journalistic, or internal review purposes.

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, stalking, or intimidation;
  • misrepresent Eteries data as official government-certified output;
  • reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with the service;
  • attempt to bypass subscription, authentication, or usage controls;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful files or content;
  • use the service in ways that violate privacy, data protection, or confidentiality law.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and features may change from time to time. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe terms and policies.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, failed payments, and keeping billing details current.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may cancel your initial subscription within 14 days after entering into the contract and request a refund, subject to applicable law. If you expressly request immediate access to the paid service during that 14-day period, we may deduct an amount reflecting the value of services already supplied where permitted by law.

Data Sources And Intellectual Property

Source records may originate from Cyprus Open Data, registrar filings, public records, or other lawful sources. Rights in those source materials remain with their respective owners or licensors.

Eteries retains rights in the service, including the platform design, software, presentation layer, selection, arrangement, enrichment, and branding, except where rights belong to third parties.

Key service providers used to operate Eteries include Stripe, PostHog, Resend, PlanetScale, and Sentry.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Eteries at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, data loss, or discontinued features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used Eteries unlawfully.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eteries and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your content or uploads, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third party rights.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form part of your overall use of Eteries.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, except to the extent mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in another competent forum.
